No. HalloAmt is a private form-filling helper. We fill in the official forms for you, and you submit them yourself to your authority.

What does it cost?

You can try it for free and check the first page of your filled-out form before you pay. The finished download costs 8.99 € per application, or 24.99 € per month for up to 6 applications (cheaper as a 3-month package). Especially large forms like housing benefit (Wohngeld) cost a one-time 24.99 € and are not included in the subscription.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is stored on servers in Germany (Frankfurt) and is encrypted. To fill in the forms, an AI from Anthropic is used — for this, your chat texts are transferred to and processed in the USA, but not used for training. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

Do I need to speak German?

No. You write in your own language — the chat understands over 50 languages — and the form is still filled out correctly in German.

Currently child benefit (Kindergeld) and child supplement (Kinderzuschlag), citizen's income (Bürgergeld), unemployment benefit (Arbeitslosengeld) and insolvency benefit (Insolvenzgeld) (all over Germany), housing benefit (Wohngeld) (in many cities), and registration (Anmeldung) (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg). The forms page shows you which forms apply in your location. We're constantly adding more.
