Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will be fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun creating your form after you have expressly agreed that we begin immediately, and you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

We obtain this consent expressly before the purchase and keep it as proof. As long as you have not yet downloaded anything, you can withdraw within the deadline.

How to Withdraw

A clear statement to us is enough — for example by email or letter to the address given above. You need neither an account nor any particular wording for this; you can also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page.

It is quicker with the withdrawal button under Withdrawal. It sits in your account, because a purchase with us only comes about with an account; your withdrawable purchases are already listed there.

If you want to end a subscription for the future, that is a cancellation and not a withdrawal: it goes through the public page Cancel subscription, and you do not have to log in for that.

Withdrawal ends your access to the withdrawn service. We will refund the amount paid without delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your declaration.
