Our database and file storage are located in Frankfurt, following German and European data protection law (GDPR). Anything sent to our AI provider Anthropic is processed in the USA and may be stored there for a limited time (the time limits are listed in the privacy policy).

Your information is stored and transmitted encrypted. Transmission uses TLS encryption (like online banking); storage uses AES-256 encryption — one of the most secure methods available.
You can delete everything.
With one click, you delete your account and all data and documents — permanently.
No sharing.
We don't share your data with authorities, employers, landlords, or credit agencies. You submit your forms yourself.
Transparent about AI.
In the chat, an AI answers, not a human — we say this in the conversation itself, not just here. For filling in forms, we use artificial intelligence from Anthropic (Claude). What you write in the chat is transferred to and processed in the USA for this purpose — and is not used for training. The AI doesn't decide anything: only the office decides on your application.
